Breeder guarantees that the above described dog is a purebred Dachshund with AKC registered parents. 2. Breeder guarantees this dog is in good health and free of communicable disease, as it appears at time of purchase, with all immunizations, if given, listed below. This agreement does not cover internal or external parasites. 3. Breeder cannot guarantee adult size, conformation or color. 4. Buyer shall have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase to ensure current health statistics. 5. If the buyer chooses not to have this puppy/dog examined by their veterinarian, they accept this puppy/dog "as is" at the time of sale. 6. Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, temperament, and appearance of the above described dog upon possession. 7. The actions and upbringing of the puppy is the responsibility of the owner. Under no circumstances is the breeder to be held responsible for the dog or the dog's behavior. 8. Breeder/seller reserves the right to cancel sale at any given time if he/she decides this would be in the best interest of the puppy. In this case all money's would be returned to said potential buyer. 9. The breeder assumes no responsibility for this puppy/dog after leaving the premises regarding medical expenses or otherwise incurred by the buyer on behalf of this canine without written approval of Blue Rose Doxies. 10. The Breeder has two(2) months to furnish Registration Application (if applicable). If registration papers are not issued and/or Limited Registration has been issued the Buyer agrees to have this canine spayed/ neutered within one(1) year. Breeding this dog would be in violation of this contract and may result in fees/damages ensued by the Breeder.
11. If at any time in the puppy or dog's lifetime the buyer cannot or is not
willing to keep the puppy or dog, ownership will automatically REVERT back to
Blue Rose Doxies. This is in the interest of the puppy or dog and assures that
Blue Rose Doxies can be sure the puppy does not end up with an irresponsible or
abusive owner. It is not inclusive to returns due to hereditary defects or
problems diagnosed as congenital by a licensed veterinarian.
This puppy/dog may be returned to the breeder at
anytime, no questions asked, no refund will be given.
12. Buyer shall exercise reasonable care of this puppy.
1. Puppy MUST LIVE IN THE HOME!
2. Fenced yard if allowed to run off leash 3. Adequate food and water 4. Necessary veterinary or homeopathic care Buyer agrees to never dispose of this puppy at an animal shelter, rescue group, humane society, or animal control center.
Buyer will not hold Breeder
responsible at any time for any accident or injury caused by this puppy.
13. The seller agrees to
replace the dog if it develops a life threatening, or life shortening genetic
defect before one year of age. No money will be refunded. The veterinarian of
the buyer and the seller must agree on the diagnosis. The dog will not have to
be returned to the seller unless agreed upon otherwise in writing. The original
documentation of the vet report is requested with diagnosis, treatments,
medication given and doses included. Method of diagnosis should be described in
writing. Transportation costs are the owners responsibility as are the
veterinarian cost. Blue Rose Doxies will supply a replacement puppy as
soon as a litter becomes available.

Blue Rose Doxies “All Natural”
Guarantee….
As you know we highly recommend natural rearing methods for our Dachshunds by avoiding vaccinations, flea and tick chemical preventatives, and providing a balanced raw diet. We feel so strongly about this that those that stick to our “All Natural” methods will be given a 5 year health guarantee for their puppy. Proof can be given by retaining all veterinary receipts, meat purchases, and any and all other health care related purchases. To receive this guarantee the following criteria must be met… b:) Buyers must limit vaccinations to ONLY Rabies where required by law. Any Rabies vaccination that is used must be Killed Virus ONLY and preferably not be given before 1 year. Giving ANY other vaccinations such as but not limited to, Distemper, Adenovirus, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Corona virus, Bordatella, Lyme Disease, Giardia, or any other will VOID ALL WARRANTIES given by Breeder, including the one year warranty. IF buyer chooses to NOT vaccinate for rabies the warranty will be extended to 7 years.
14.
Buyer agrees to keep in contact with Breeder and let us
know of any illness that may develop with this puppy so that we
can keep records for our future breeding program. This is a binding contract enforceable in a court of law with the State of Ohio. I, we, the breeder (or representative) and buyer (s) certify that we have read this contract, understand the contents, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. for shipping. That includes the flight, crate, health certificate, and
